We accept secure online credit card payment by Visa or MasterCard. Direct Payment Solutions provide our PCI DSS compliant Visa and MasterCard certified payments solution called Payment Express. Payment Express facilitates electronic payments safely and seamlessly. DPS are certified with banks in Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Singapore, South Africa, USA and United Kingdom. Direct Credit

Should you wish to purchase our products using a payment method other than credit card, we are able to offer payment via direct credit (Telephone Banking, Internet Banking or Bank Deposit) into our bank account. You will need to ensure that you use your online Order ID (generated after checkout) as a deposit reference so we know who the payment is from and what it is for. We will reserve stock for your order for 48 hours, and will pack and despatch your order once payment is received into our account.


We can accept cheques by prior arrangement only and a minimum spend and some special conditions may apply. Please note when making payments that all prices in our online store already include GST.


Please be advised that orders are placed in a priority queue and are processed in the order in which they are received. If your order is required urgently for a special occasion please note this in the additional instructions field on checkout and we will advise if this can be arranged. Stock availability is updated manually on our site at the first opportunity after the item becomes sold out. In the event that we cannot restock an item we will contact you without delay to discuss your options. Product is usually restocked within 5 working days.

Gift Wrap or Hamper with Gift or Greeting Card

We are pleased to offer a gift presentation service, and can send directly to the gift recipient. This is a great idea if you have left getting a gift to the last minute, or if you are overseas and want to buy for a friend or relative here in New Zealand, but want to save on shipping charges. We ship to most countries in the world that are on a normal postal or courier delivery route.

Where is it going to?

Within New Zealand your purchases will be shipped either by courier or NZ Post depending on your location and the weight/dimensions of the package. If no-one will be available to sign for the package at the given delivery address please advise us so we know to use NZ Post or a non signature required service or we can give special instructions on the package that it is OK to leave the package without signature. It is also important that RD is specified where the delivery address is on rural delivery. Failure to note this may result in unnecessary delays if we choose an inappropriate delivery method, and parcels may even be returned to us if sent by courier with no rural delivery ticket attached. If you are sending a gift to another address, please be sure to advise the recipient to expect it so that if it does not arrive in a timely manner we are able to follow up on this. Couriers offer a limited window of opportunity for claims to be made and so it is important that we are notified within 14 days of the date of ordering if goods have not arrived. If despatch of your order is delayed for any reason you will be notified.

Shipping To Another Country

If you require us to ship your order to an address outside New Zealand, we will email you a quotation for shipping costs after you have successfully placed your order. When you have finished adding items to your cart you'll be transferred to the DPS Payment Express gateway to securely enter your credit card details. Your credit card purchase will be pre-authorised (but not billed) for the purchase amount excluding shipping. One of our staff will then email you a shipping quotation. If you indicate your approval of our quotation, your card will then be billed for the total including shipping. If for any reason you are not comfortable with our quotation, your order will be cancelled and you will not be billed at all. This process can all happen quite rapidly and it really helps if the information you provide is complete, clear and accurate. Please note that a packaging and handling fee may apply to cover costs for international orders which are more time consuming and costly to process.
